Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team on a contract basis. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing consultative selling expertise to our clients, and achieving revenue targets. Your knowledge of the learning and development industry will enable you to understand our clients' needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business results. This is a hybrid role, based in Edmond, OK, with the flexibility for some remote work. Please note this is a 100% commission-based role.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both with existing clients and with new prospects
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
Conduct consultative sales conversations with clients, understanding their learning and development needs and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams, including learning strategists and solutions architects, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth in our client relationships
Track and record metrics throughout the sales process
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with B2B Sales
Proven track record of success in managing client relationships, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets
Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
Self-motivated and results-driven
High level of organization and time management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Monday.com) and Microsoft 365
Nice to Have:
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies
Knowledge of learning and development
Experience with project management and implementation of learning solutions
